Who we are
SuvyRank is a service of Suvysoft ("we"). These terms apply when you create an account or use rank.suvysoft.com, including hosted sites we serve for you. Questions: contact@suvysoft.com.
Your account
Keep your login private and tell us about any unauthorised use. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including team members you invite.
Only add apps, websites and businesses you own or are authorised to manage.
What SuvyRank does for you
SuvyRank checks AI assistants' answers, drafts articles, pitches and community replies, and can publish articles to sites you connect. AI output can be wrong: review what you publish or send. Community replies are drafts for a person to post, disclosed as coming from your team; we never post automatically.
We don't guarantee rankings, AI mentions, traffic or downloads. Search engines and AI assistants decide what they show.
Your content
You own the content you add and the articles generated for you. You give us the rights we need to store, process and publish it for you. Don't use SuvyRank for anything illegal, deceptive, spammy, or that infringes others' rights.
Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance by Stripe, monthly or yearly. Trials end on the date shown at checkout and convert to the plan you picked unless you cancel first. You can cancel anytime from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Third-party services
SuvyRank connects to services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, Reddit and your own website. Their terms apply to your use of them.
Ending
You can delete your business in Settings at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On deletion we remove your data from our database, except what we must keep for billing or legal reasons.
Liability
SuvyRank is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll email account owners about material changes. Continuing to use SuvyRank after a change means you accept it.
