What we collect
Account details: name, email and a hashed password. Business data you add: apps, websites, settings, prompts, articles, outreach and community notes. If you connect them, read-only Search Console, Google Analytics and App Store Connect data, and the tokens needed to fetch it. Billing details are handled by Stripe; we only keep your Stripe customer and subscription ids.
Why
To run the service: check AI answers, write and publish content, show your reports, send account and report emails, and bill you. We don't sell personal data and we don't use your data for advertising.
Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting and database), Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and Perplexity (AI answers and writing; we send them your product details and prompts, not your password or analytics tokens), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and Google (if you connect Search Console or Analytics).
Keeping and deleting
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting a business in Settings removes its data from our database. Disconnecting Google revokes our access token. Email contact@suvysoft.com to access, export or delete your data.
Security
Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2, session and invite tokens are stored only as hashes, and all traffic uses HTTPS.
